Optional offer Acceptance

I understand that in accepting these optionals I will incur the outlined tuition associated with each routine and have reviewed the tuition document and the payment schedule.

I understand that the schedule, classes, and their teachers are tentative and may be consolidated or cancelled due to acceptances, routine dynamic, and enrolment.  Parents will receive confirmation of their dancer's classes once all optionals are set.

I understand that optional offers are selected by the professional optional of PDA Teachers and Directors. All Directors offers are final and were decided on based on your dancers technique, flexibility, effort, practice, improvement, drive, class behaviour as well as what we feel they will be most successful participating in.

I understand that all PDA Terms and Conditions agreed to on my parent portal apply to my enrolment in these optional routines.
