THE PROGRAM: 4 Days of conditioning games to help your dancer get stronger, with a focus on active flexibility and strength, and daily work on balancing, limbering and tumbling. Your dancer will be sure to reach any goals they set for themselves!

Dancers in this program must be have acro experience and be-able to hold focus in class for the 3 hour period. This is not a summer camp but an intensive training program. Those interested in summer camp should register for our Acro Summer Camp program. 

PREREQUISITE: Dancers must be able to support their own body weight and should have good knowledge of foundational skills and progressions such as bridges and recover, bridge kick overs, balances (headstands, handstands, etc.), cartwheels and variations. Dancers will also develop strength and flexibility required to progress their acro training safely. Ideal Program for Acro level 2-4.

DATES: July 4-7th  & July 31st -August 3rd from 9:00-12:00 pm

                July 17-20th from 1:00-4:00 pm 

TUITION: $215.00 plus HST

DROP FEES:  If your dancer withdraws  less than 7 days prior to the program no refund will be issued.  Withdrawal more than 7 days prior to the start of your dancer's program you will receive a refund less a $30.00 administration fee.

THE PROGRAM: Progression acro intensive is perfect for those dancers who want to accelerate their acro training and fundamentals. 12 hours of classes consist of an acro specific conditioning & stretching program, created to build coordination, core strength, and flexibility.

PREREQUISITE: Must be able to back walkover, recover from a bridge and working on aerial and back handspring progressions. The focus will be on progressive skills such as back and front walkovers and variations, more advanced balances (elbow stand, chest stand, shoulder stand), aerial cartwheel and back handspring progressions. Ideal Program for Acro level 5-7.

Dancers in this program must be a minimum age of 7 years old .

An assessment may be required to register for the Progression Acro Intensive Program. All instructors are Acrobatic Arts Certified.

THE PROGRAM: Acro intensive is perfect for serious dancers who want to advance their acro training and fundamentals. 12 hours  of classes consist of an acro specific conditioning & stretching program, core strength, and flexibility geared towards more advanced skills.

This intensive program will then shift focus to limbering skills and variations as well as building strength & stability for balances. The tumbling portion of the class will teach advanced forms of tumbling and connections. Dancers will have the opportunity to explore acro combinations throughout the intensive.

PREREQUISITE:  Must be able to back and front walkover, aerial cartwheel and back handspring. The focus will be on variations and a combination of skills and is for the most advanced acro dancer. Ideal Program for Acro level 8 & Up.

An assessment may be required to register for the Variation Acro Intensive Program. All instructors are Acrobatic Arts Certified.
