2022/2023 Fall Registration

 Our 2022/2023 dance season runs tentatively from September 10th through May 28th, 2023 finishing with our Annual Recital on May 27th & 28th 2023 to showcase the students' progress.


The initial instalment will be processed at the time of registration.  All tuition can be paid by (9) Instalments or paid In Full. 


Instalment dates are:  

1 - At the time of registration

2 - October 2nd 2022

3 - November 2nd 2022

4 - December 2nd 2022

5 - January 2nd 2023

6 - February 2nd 2023

7 - March 2nd 2023

8 - April 2nd 2023

9 - May 2nd 2023


All classes are held weekly. Classes will fill quickly and are subject to availability. 


Participation in our annual Recital at the River Run Centre is optional, but highly recommended for all students. 


Performance Dance Academy of Arts accepts Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard) or Direct Debit Payment options. Payment information can be updated in the Parent Portal and must be on file for registration to be processed and your dancer's place held. 


Recital Fees

 Recital Fees are separate to Monthly Tuition Fees and are only applied to those that participate in our annual recital. 


Declaration of Participation and Recital Fee for each class is due October 25th 2022.


Recital Fees are: 


Pre-Dance & Pre-School Acro Programs Recital Fees are $130.00 for the first class and $80.00 for each additional class This includes a costume, recital streaming download, participant T-Shirt, and additional goodies. 


All other Programs Recital Fees are $150.00 for the first class and $100.00 for each additional class. This includes a costume, recital streaming download, participant T-Shirt, and additional goodies. ]


All Recital Fees are non-refundable once costumes have been purchased.


Audience Tickets are sold through the River Run Centre Box Office and are an additional expense.   

Withdrawal & Drop Fees

Performance Dance Academy of Arts Inc. reserves the right to suspend classes from students whose accounts are unpaid or have a balance owing.


Should a student wish to discontinue classes for any reason before the end of the season, the studio requires written notification of withdrawal signed by the parent/guardian or adult student.  Tuition fees remain payable until written notice is received and in addition the following fees will be applied:


Withdrawal Fees (Pre-Dance & 30 Minute Programs)

$20 non-refundable registration fee, $20.00 Withdraw Fee. Refunds will be pro-rated based on classes attended. 


Withdrawal Fees (All other programs including 8-Week Programs)

$20 non-refundable registration fee, $30 Withdraw Fee per class. Refunds will be pro-rated based on classes attended. 


No refunds from February 1st 2023 - June 1st 2023 if participating in Recital


All outstanding tuition/recital fees due, must be paid upon withdrawal in addition to the withdrawal fees.  


If costumes have already been ordered, parents are responsible for full payment of all costumes ordered for their dancer(s).

Multi-Class Discounts

Multiple Class Discounts - Save 10% on your second class, 15% on your third class, and 20% on all subsequent classes.
